The role of the production administrative assistant is to support production by completing administrative tasks related to production, including data entry into the computer system. Under the supervision of the Production Manager, this person will ensure that all administrative data related to production (inventory movements, production consumption, etc.) is entered and recorded accurately in the system within the required timelines.
JOB SUMMARY
Employment status: Full-time, permanent

Location: Candiac
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enter production data related to customer orders on sales orders.
- Enter production-related data into the computer system (work orders, inventory consumption, inventory movements, etc.). Act as a communication link with external carriers as well as with other internal departments.
- Manage inventory data in the computer system accurately.
- Support the Production Manager and Assistant Production Manager with their administrative needs.
- Perform any other related tasks.
PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS SOUGHT
- College diploma in administration, an asset;
- Recent experience in a similar role;
- Experience with data entry and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
SKILLS
- Excellent command of French (oral and written);
- Knowledge of English at an intermediate level to understand the needs of our international clients;
- Rigorous and precise with strong attention to detail;
- Autonomy: able to show initiative and be proactive;
- Strong team spirit.
