Cedarome’s health and safety committee is composed of employees from all areas of operations. Designated responders are assigned and trained to intervene in case of an emergency. This vital training is updated on an annual basis.
Cedarome promotes the physical and mental health of its employees with an onsite well equipped gym, a massage therapist and access to a psychologist.
To create and maintain a good work atmosphere, a spirit of inclusiveness is fostered. Social activities are organized inside and outside of work. Lunchtime tournaments composed of players from different departments serve as team building exercises. Regularly at the weekly communal lunch, employees volunteer to help in the preparation, or bring a dish from home to share. The latter, an international potluck allows co-workers to discover each other’s cultural heritage.
Heads the formulation team. Mahdi holds two Masters in Chemistry, one at Université Paris XI and a 2nd Master at École Nationale Supérieure du Pétrole et des Moteurs.
Part of the original cast. Mario started on the floor and more than 30 years later, he is still rallying the troops.
Holds a degree in Chemical Engineering. A native of Peru, Tadashi is truly multilingual: fluent in Spanish, French and English.
A true French perfumer from Grasse. Françoise has been with Cedarome for over a decade helping us serve the fragrance industry.
Sébastien leads the QC and R&D departments, and is charged with bringing to life the new state of the art R&D laboratories in 2019.
Mesmin has a doctorate in Chemistry of Natural Substances from University of Hambourg in Germany.
With over 15 years’ experience in Quality Control, Brigitte oversees the QC laboratory.
Holds degrees in Administration and Logistics. George is one of the many employees at Cedarome that speak Mandarin, French and English.
Holds a degree in Organic Chemistry. Florentina has been overseeing processes and advanced chemical analyses at Cedarome for over 20 years.
