Our in-depth product knowledge and experience often make us most qualified to determine product specifications.

Cedarome’s heart is its personnel. Over the years, we have developed a large, talented, skilled, and experienced staff. They not only hold the required specialized education, but are recognized and respected in the field for their remarkable creativity, meticulous proofing, and last, but not least, their passion. Low employee turnover has helped us advance rapidly. Some of our key personnel have been here since day 1, while nearly half of our team have been with us for over 10 years.

Mahdi Chaouchi, M.Sc.

SENIOR FORMULATION ADVISOR

Heads the formulation team. Mahdi holds two Masters in Chemistry, one at Université Paris XI and a 2^nd Master at École Nationale Supérieure du Pétrole et des Moteurs.

Mario Ménard

DIRECTOR, PRODUCTION

Part of the original cast. Mario started on the floor and more than 30 years later, he is still rallying the troops.

Brigitte Vachon, B.Sc.

QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER

With over 15 years’ experience in Quality Control, Brigitte oversees the QC laboratory.

Audrey Brown, MBA, M.Sc.

VICE-PRESIDENT, OPERATION & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

Holds a Masters in Food Science and Chemistry from McGill University (Montréal). Audrey is our Compliance and Continuous Improvement Specialist.

Anne Desjardins, LL.B.

LEGAL COUNSEL, SPECIAL PROJECTS

Anne holds a bachelor’s degree in law. She works closely on several special projects. Anne is fluent in French, English and Mandarin.

Sarah-Audrey Crépin, D.E.S.S., B.A.

DIRECTOR, SUPPLY CHAIN

Sarah-Audrey is a purchasing assistant and she tracks the supply of raw materials from suppliers around the world.

Mesmin Mekem, Ph.D.

Mesmin has a doctorate in Chemistry of Natural Substances from University of Hambourg in Germany.

Neng Srey

RECEPTIONIST

Neng is the person who welcomes and directs you. For more than 10 years, Neng has collaborated with several departments and she is greatly appreciated.

Florentina Grigorescu, M.Sc.

SENIOR SCIENTIFIC ADVISOR

Holds a degree in Organic Chemistry. Florentina has been overseeing processes and advanced chemical analyses at Cedarome for over 20 years.

Nancy Tremblay

BILLING CLERK

Nancy has been a pillar in the transport sector for almost 20 years. She rigorously oversees all that relates to invoicing, transport and exports.
